Home Is Where the Heart Is

It's a sick day at my house today. Daughter is home with a head cold/sinus thing, my head is filling up with yuck and we're both tired. Ho hum... I asked my husband what he thought about getting me a digital camera and he said it would be ok! :) He's been putting in some overtime and he also understands how blue I've been. Creativity has always been an outlet for me when I'm stressed and I think he wants me to find things like picture taking and blogging to keep my mind occupied. I used to take a lot of pictures with an "old school" camera, but I guess it's time to succumb to technology. Besides, my kitties are too cute to not share with fellow kitty friends. Movie mode would be cool, especially when Cody and Cricket are playing. Our living room turns into a wrestling ring and sometimes mom must play referee when the hissing and spitting starts.
Oh, before I forget: Sunrunner who is a fellow ghost hunting fan, Paranormal State is on A&E at 10:00 pm Mondays and they re -play episodes on Saturday afternoon beginning at 2:00 pm. It's scarier than Ghost Hunters on SciFi, but really good. The magazine about ghosts and paranormal stuff is called Haunted Times and I found it at Barnes and Noble. (She's been sick for a while and I wanted to let her know about that stuff.)
I'm so happy for Mao's and Annie's families that these runaway kitties have returned home safely. I hope they've figured out what Dorthy did in The Wizard of Oz. ^..^

Thanks for coming by! Yes - we think a camera is a great idea! We want to see pictures of cats!!! Our maid has totally given up trying to make the living room look as if a human would live there and not a bunch of cats, hahahahahahahahahahaha!

Hi Lorianna,
Thanks for visiting me. I am always sad to hear about kitties going to the Rainbow Bridge. I will post a nice story about my sister Misty tomorrow, and how mom nursed her back to health after a long illness. We love our mom and I am sure Tookie loved you lots too.

I hope you and your daughter are feeling better soon. You will have loads of fun with a digital camera! You can take a squillion photos and just delete all the bad ones. Pretty soon, everywhere you go you will be looking for blog photo ops!
