Cricket feels better!

A little privacy please!

Well, really! Momma discussing my personal potty problems! And what that VET did to me? Oh, unspeakable!
I am feeling much better. I'm crabby, but just normal crabby for me, not all growly and hiding.

Toeshee tried to act as if he wanted to be Alpha cat after I came home from the VET. He tried to jump me and start a fight. The nerve! Momma had to squirt him with the bad cat water bottle to get him to stop.

The next day when I felt much better, I let him have it! I hissed and swatted and him until he was cowering and behaving like the big baby that he is. I rule with an iron paw around here and Toeshee needed to remember that!

Momma worried herself into another flare up in her joints. She thought that the Enbrel was starting to help a little, but when she gets worried or upset and the weather gets bad she gets extra hurty. Right now she's worried about me getting tummy troubles again and not keeping up with visiting bloggie friends. She still has the big sads, but she is just accepting it, hoping it will ebb away like the tides. I think she just needs a long winter's nap with me and Billie until the Robins return.

Thanks to you all who sent me well wishes. I think your good thoughts helped me. I might try the pumpkin, but I do not like people food, so I will probably find it unsuitable.

Have a Happy week and remember to be a little bit Naughty Kitties!

Hi Cricket! We are glad you are feeling better but we wish your mom was too! And tell her to try mixing the pumpkin with some wet food and then it might taste better!

Oh, and tell her we sent her an email thanking her for the beautiful card - just in case she misses it!

Hugs and Purrs!!

Glad you are feeling better and were able to put Toeshee in place.

I wouldn't eat the pumpkin. My mom ended up buying Vetasyl, which is a capsule that she opens and sprinkles on my wet food. Between that and the Steward Fiber Formula Cat Treats, I've had a lot less tummy problems.

Gricket, we are very happy you are feeling better. Mickey had that same problem and had to endure the same treatment (3times). The Vet said to give him Lactulose(stool softener)
Mom just pours a bit on his food :)
It has been over a year and he has not had any relapses :)
We will all send you lots of positive vibes ! We hope they will help mind and body.We will also send kitty hugs because Mom says they are pawsome!!!!!!!!

Oh Cricket! We are all behind visiting and we didn't know you had been so poorly. We are glad you are feeling better now, but do try the pumpkin, it will help you. Please give your Mom some gentle headbonks and some purrs from us all, we just caught up on how sad she's been feeling. We wish we could magic away the RA for her.

We love the pictures of Toeshee and the laptop. You give him a big whap if he bothers you!
