Cody and The Chocolate Farm

Cody's Garden Tour and A Little Friendliness

Hi everyone! Cody, your gardening cat here! I help Momma in her garden when it's nice and warm outside. It is not nice and warm out yet, so I thought I would show you something Momma found in a magazine. It is a nursery called Chocolate Flower Farm. They are in Washington State which is where the lovely Miss Peach lives. All of their plants are velvety dark and chocolate colored. Some are darker than others, and some go with chocolate, like cream and purple. In their gift shop they sell chocolate scented candles, teas, cocoa, and bath pro
ducts. (Not my thing, but I'm a cat you know!)
They even sell garden statues like this kitty that Momma says reminds her of me. But, I'm cuter of course. ;)
She put her name on a mailing list to get a catalog if and when they ever make one. Right now you can only order through the internet. Momma is bummed because we are not allowed to order through the internet because the Daddyman is afraid of "identity theft." Why and how do beans steal each others identity? I am rather confused about that. It's not like another cat can come along and take away my identity. I AM Cody and that is that! Beans are very strange sometimes...
But, there are some very Friendly beans too! Karen Jo, the wonderful Limerick Lady got this award from the beautiful Elin, a kitty who lives in Malaysia. Karen Jo passed it on to some bloggers, including us.
There are no rules, just pass it on to whomever you would like, but be sure to mention Elin. She is a very pretty Persian!
We will pass it on to Shaggy, Scooby and Scout, Yaffa, Sebastian and Naughty Dante, Daisy and her friendly brother Harley, Princess and her cute brother Pierro, and Pretty, Perfectly Parker and Jelly Bean with the big blue eyes. We also want to pass it to Whickey and his siblings. He has not been blogging much and we are worried about him.
Momma always frets when she has to pass on an award because she wants everyone to have it. So, please all of our friends, take this Friendly Award because you are all awesome to us!
Have a Happy Day!

Hi There! So, the weather is still yucky?

Praline is being stubborn about using her new water drinking fountain! I think I am just going to give up and auction it off! I should have known better than to buy it in the first place! My little Diva!

Thank you so much for your kind words and hugs and purrayers for us. It really means a lot and we appreciate it.

Those chocolate plants look scrumptious!

My Mommie buys lots of stuff on-line, because she does not enjoy shopping in stores very much. We have not had any problems except once, someone very BAD used our credit card number to buy something expensive. But we reported them right away and got a new credit card. And the vendor had already flagged it as a fraudulent transaction.

Congratulations on your award! And thank you so much for thinking of me and Harley, too!

Oh thank you so much for passing the award to us!
The Chocolate Flower place looks very interesting. We know our mom would stop by if we lived close enough.
Our mom orders lots of books at Amazon.com. It does make it so easy to shop, just push a couple buttons and its yours! (Sometimes that gets her in trouble.)

My mom got a garden catalog in the mail and it had some chocolate flowers in it too! She has never heard of them before. Cody is a great garden cat, and helper I bet.
Congrats on your award, and thanks for passing to me! My mom has had a hard time keeping up with blogging with too much work and all.
Hope you have a great weekend!!

Come by and visit if you can this week. My mom is sponsoring the theme this week as "Baby Praline Week."

My dearest friend Lorianna! Forgive me for taking so long to return you nice visits. I do think about you all the time because you are a part of my heart in so many ways. It has been a very busy spring here in the garden so far. We are building brick walk paths and just put down 8 yards of bark! That will give Hunny Bunny some place to play and poop hee hee! SHe is just the sweetest kitty ever. So gentle and repectful...not a diva and no bad temper at all. She is just purrrfect. But her white floof has lots of snarls and I need to get a brush for her.
I have picked up the phone a few times this week to call you and each time something has come up to disturb me! My sister is sick and will have some tests down in hospital today...keep us in your thoughts.
Maybe this weekend things will slow down...
Miss Peach is doing well with eating well and getting lots of rest. That makes me so glad. I have to admit that I am very scared about this surgery she will be having....because she is so old my sweet girl. I know it will be better for her to have those bad teeth gone and her tummy thing too. Then she will be the queen of the cozy cottage for years to come....that is my wish and I comand it to be so! Be positive always, so I am....
I hope you are well my friend...i will look up the chocolate farm too!
Love Karla and Miss Peach
